American Baby is a magazine aimed at guiding new moms through each stage of motherhood, from her positive pregnancy test up through the first important years of her baby’s life.

As an editorial intern, I fact checked copy for various sections of the magazine, researched article content, brainstormed story ideas and attended staff meetings. I organized their back issue library, assembled baby furniture and toys to be photographed for feature stories and assisted on a photo shoot. I also researched and wrote “Just For You” section quiz and contacted sources for back-of-book “Hometowns” page.
